I have recently won a very stressful rental scam from rental company Saltbox in liaison with a long term stay hotel, 2seasons hotel and apartments thanks to the help of Motei and Associates. The case was complex in nature however this law firm represented me fully and advised well me throughout the legal jargon of Dubai’s Rental Dispute Court procedures. Straight away I was referred to the companies Head of Litigation: Remon Sabet. Hopefully this case is now fully settled but the Law firm continues to follow up after our win and charges a fee at the start of the for the full case- there are no hidden costs. We are a Korean firm based in Seoul, Korea. With my personal on hand experience with Motei, I would like to recommend Motei for any commercial litigation or dispute in UAE. They, including Mr. Motei himself, were very thorough, sincere and trustworthy to engage a legal case in UAE. Due to Islamic Law society, people in Western World can face a serious hurdle or obstacle taking a legal case there. However, UAE Law system is fair and just as long as backed up by proper legal advice and action in due course. We pursued a bad debt collection case against UAE local company after we engaged Motei. They are not helpful at all refused to assist with the most basic task while being afraid to sign any documents with their letterhead. They are not qualified as well - please google the staff names. Even the reviews are fake - probably their receptionist writes them because she has plenty of free time.

I used Motei & Associates to recoup a large amount of money which I invested in an off plan appartment in a development in RAK. To cut a long story short the builders were a few years late in delivering the apartment which prompted me to look for my money back. I researched and spoke to many law firms in Dubai. After speaking with Ashraf at Motei and Associates I asked them to try and recoup my money. This was a long process due to the legal system in Dubai and a positive result was far from a foregone conclusion but Ashraf and his team were very thorough in their work, and they kept me informed and updated throughout the three year process. We recently received a full refund plus penalties and I have no doubt that this was due in no small part to the diligence of Ashraf and his team.
